Every athlete has a story — but not every athlete has a roadmap. At EPD, we’re an emerging organization dedicated to building scalable systems that help families navigate the full journey of basketball — and life beyond the game. We believe basketball is more than a sport; it’s a tool to open doors to education, mentorship, leadership, and career pathways.
Our approach is simple: develop the person just as much as the player. We teach athletes how to think, prepare, compete, and present themselves like professionals — on the court, in interviews, and in real-world opportunities.
The impact is clear. Families who trust our process see growth, clarity, and direction. Below are real stories from those who’ve experienced it firsthand, reflecting how structured guidance, strategic planning, and consistent support can create a future far beyond basketball.
As a fast-growing platform, we’re designing programs that are scalable, measurable, and adaptable, giving athletes the tools to succeed while creating lasting impact for families, partners, and collaborators alike.
Hadyn bradley
5’10, 170lb Guard - Las Vegas, NV
“Working with EPD has been a major part of Hadyn’s growth—both on the court and in the classroom. As a straight-A student in a dual-enrollment high school and college program, Hadyn has always held himself to a high academic standard. But his basketball journey through EPD pushed him even further. The training, structure, and mentorship he received didn’t just elevate his skill level—it strengthened his discipline, tenacity, and drive in every area of his life.
EPD helped Hadyn build the kind of grit and work ethic that carries from morning workouts into late-night study sessions. The lessons he learned about consistency, accountability, and competing with intention have directly contributed to his ability to meet and often exceed his goals academically and athletically. I’m extremely grateful for the role EPD has played in guiding him through both journeys.”

*EPD has been a true life-changer and game-changer for our family. My son Jaylen started basketball very late, which meant he didn’t have many opportunities going into or coming out of high school.
Since 2019, I’ve been battling cancer and had to stop working. Resources for camps, training, and exposure were limited — and earlier this year, Jaylen’s dad had a heart attack. Through all of this, basketball has always been Jaylen’s safe place.*
EPD stepped in and became a foundation for our family — almost like a big brother to Jaylen. They’ve given him guidance, structure, and belief when he needed it most. It has truly been life-changing. We are so grateful and excited for what the future holds.

Jayden Holloway
6’0, 170 lb Guard - Monterey, CA
Kristopher Timmons has taken our athlete Jayden Holloway from a local player in our area to a recognized recruit desired by prestigious Division I and II college programs across the country. Mr. Timmons and the entire EPD family assessed Jayden’s skills at a showcase and quickly provided a high caliber portfolio of workouts, marketing, and connections to put Jayden’s profile in front of coaches. Further, Mr. Timmons personally mentored our athlete through scheduled check-ins and provided resources to maintain Jayden’s steady progression. These touch points emphasized and improved Jayden’s academics, physical strength/conditioning training , and Basketball IQ as well as his mental, physical, and emotional stamina.
If you desire a distinct program tailored to guide your athlete through all aspects of the recruiting process, I highly recommend
Mr. Timmons and the EPD family. Let EPD tailor a program and guide your athlete to meet their needs for success at the highest level.

Kristopher at EPD provides invaluable, objective mentorship. He’s helped my son overcome typical young athlete hurdles and challenges, allowing him to focus on the essential aspects of his game.
Coach K goes beyond the game, offering advice on mental, physical, nutritional, and social aspects my son wasn’t even aware of. His direct, honest feedback is something a parent just can't provide.
Working with EPD and the area's best coaches has helped my son grow tremendously as both a player and a person. I highly recommend them to any young athlete.

EPD has been one of the biggest blessings in my journey. They believed in me from the start and truly saw the potential in me, even during moments when life felt heavy or uncertain.
The coaching and mentorship from Kristopher Timmons didn’t just sharpen my basketball skills—they helped rebuild my confidence, discipline, and direction.
Through EPD, I’ve grown in every area of my life: becoming a stronger athlete, stepping deeper into modeling and fashion, developing my creative work, pushing through surgery recovery, and balancing college as I work toward a business degree and future entrepreneurship.
They’ve supported me through every step, showing me what I’m capable of and helping me turn my goals into something real. I’m genuinely grateful for the impact EPD has had on me as a player and as a young man.

5’5” 135 lbs Guard - Portland, Oregon
“Going into my senior year of high school. One of the things I am most grateful for was attending the EPD invitational in my city. Coming off a season back from an ACL tear, I received the necessary training, support and knowledge of what it takes to play at the next level. Given the opportunity to be there was everything as it helped my confidence in recruiting and grew my knowledge of the game. Thanks to Kristopher, I was given a few opportunities to camps across the country and displayed on social media. Kristopher’s mentorship was valuable in terms of his 1 on 1 conversations and his ability to showcase each individual athlete he works with. And for that I am grateful for the privilege of meeting him. EPD had helped in many aspects of my life, but especially giving thanks to understand the recruitment and marketing process of athletes.”

“EPD has made a huge impact on my development. The coaches at EPD helped me learn discipline, confidence, and how to keep a positive mindset.
They don’t just train you physically, they actually care about you getting better as a person. I’ve improved my skills, learned how to work with others, and gained motivation that I use both in sports and in school.
EPD has helped me grow, not only as an athlete, but as a person. I’m grateful for everything they’ve taught me, and I feel more prepared for challenges because of them.”

EPD has definitely impacted my journey in a great way. Not only is EPD super supportive but they are willing to be apart of my journey. Attending EPD invitational has truly helped me become the player I am today. EPD didn’t just want to help me on the court but the wanted to help me off of the court as well. EPD wants to make sure that I have all the information I need to be a successful basketball player and person. Starting my high school career I couldn’t be more grateful to have EPD on my side. EPD is a great thing to be apart of if you a truly trying to be your best self.

Trainer, High School & AAU Coach - Seattle, Washington
When I first met Kris of EPD, in 2023. It felt like when Kobe and Shaq teamed up. Over the last three years, we’ve built up the Pacific Northwest Top 40 circuit through Northwest Recognition—creating a true platform and new outlets for student-athletes who deserve their shine.
We bounced ideas off each other, pushed each other, and made every PNW Top 40 event better than the last. I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow in my craft, to be challenged, and to reach new levels—not just in business, but in life. Along the way, I gained more than a partner…I gained family.
